They are selling these short sleeved collared shirts by Rough Dress for $9.99 - what surprised me about the product is that it's made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex, so very stretchy - i can live with the style - will see how long they last.

Most likely just @ your location. At mine they're still wicked strict about it. They will give you a viewing pass to check it out, but to purchase anything you need the membership

Same for us, they still scan your membership card at checkout.
