Could someone be fired for saying this at work?

So let's say a few young women are talking amongst themselves in the office and they shout over to you about what they are talking about and conclude with a question: "what would you do if you were me?"

If you told them that, if you were them, you'd take off all your clothes and go and look at yourself in a mirror... would they be within their rights to complain to Human Resources about you?

The comment implies that the person could be fat - some companies have anti-harassment policies that prohibit this kind of thing, so it could be grounds to terminate the person.

I remember a guy I worked with got fired for grabbing some girls ***** . This guy was a serious creeper though and we all tried to avoid him.

Oh, I get it. Probably not, unless you did it like every day, or kept doing to different people all the time and they took it the wrong way.

I am not a human resources person.

People like to know they look good, but if it crosses over into sex, or nudity, it has a lot of potential to be taken the wrong way.
