is this cpu temp too high?
37 idle, 52 load AMD64 on stock hsf
if its too high which hsf should i invest into? (i don't like intalling new brackets)
edit: forgot to say i was overcloking

Nah, that's plenty fine. Anything under 65C at load isn't anything to worry about.

52 on an Athlon 64 using stock is a little bit above average temps, preferably should be around 45-49 max. My friend uses stock and his temps are 36/48 (idle/load). If you were investing money in a HSF, a Thermalright XP-90+Panaflo or a fan of ur choice would be best.
EDIT: He uses a 3500+ Venice.

it's fine.
if you don't want to remove the motherboard to install, the best cooler that uses the stock bracket is the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64.
