Creating recovery disk

Hello,

Do you guys create a recovery disk with your custom built computers or use some other alternatives? What program do you use to do it (Ghost appeaRs to be popular)

I wanted to create one because I reinstalled Vista a few times but then have to go through the process of reinstalling the drivers, games, programs...

On the other computer, which is an HP, all I have to do is to pop in the recoverry disk, thats what I want to do with my custom Vista but to bring back the drivers and programs too.
