Cruise port Hawaii what to do in one day for each port?

My cruise will stop by at each port of Hawaii. Our group are 10 people.
We are thinking rent a van for 10 people for 1 day to explore Honolulu and stay at the beach few hours. It is too expensive to rent a van about US$800
Please advice us what is the best way for transportation and where to go for each day. Thanks

Doesn't the cruise start and end in Honolulu?
The stop at Maui, Lahaina is a tender stop, no dock. Lahaina town is not much (one street with shops) and there is no beach nearby (within walking distance). https://www.getyourguide.com/-l657/-tc1 ... gKFvvD_BwE

Getting something for 10 people is difficult and will not be cheap no matter what you do. Renting a couple cars is not a bad idea, much cheaper than a 10 pax van..

Not necessary, I see cruise depart from LA or Vancouver. That's like 6 days at the sea before to getting on HI.

I still think renting 2 cars is cheaper than a 10 pax van.

If someone has a Costco membership, try getting a car rental quote that way. You may get a better quote but I agree that renting 2 cars will most likely be cheaper than the 10-person van.
