Damaged Car - New housing
Not sure if anyone here can help me but i would like to know who or if anyone is responsible for cars getting damaged in a new housing complex. I went to my cousins the other day and they had this huge pot hole about 6+ inches deep cover with ice and my car bottomed out there. i hit the bottom of my car and now my radiator is slowly leaking. I went by the construction office there and they are just basically trying to give me the run around. By the way this is in mississauga. Any suggestions.

I think in new development areas, don't they usually post signs "unassumed road, use at your own risk"?

That's what I've seen too.
