DanMac Plumbing and Drain

Has anyone used these guys?

My sister is moving into my house while she goes to college - so I'm going to set her up in the basement (currently unfinished). I want to put a bathroom down there for her and had DanMac come to check the sewage line before I went too much further. The drain is full of liquid - so has a sag in it and needs to be replaced, and I'll have the outside trap replaced at the same time.

It's an old house and the basement needs waterproofing - so I'm having that done also (the waterproofers are coming today).

DanMac will replace the drain and the trap, and rough in drains and vents for the bathroom - but they won't excavate, backfill or re-cement.

Is this normal?

They know we're getting waterproofing done, so suggest we have the waterproofing guys come in and break up the floor in the basement etc. The waterproofing guys will do this, but they have to know where to dig.

Should I just find a different plumber (this one came recommended by a neighbour)? One that will do the whole job?

Also - will they muck up the waterproofing when they remove the outside trap?

Good advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
