And proof of purchase. I've thrown all but my Costco receipts that have HST on them.
if I read correctly, without a proof of purchase you can have 30$.

if you have a proof of purchase you can have from 30$ to 100$

Hmmm. You are correct. Under II Settlement section, 5a).

I did buy these yogurts but am settling for $30.

EDIT: Just completed mine but had to verify my email address:

Your eSigning of Claim_Form _Electronic has been verified. Copies of the signed document are being sent to you and Joyce Gauthier (collectiva.ca).

Anyone know how we can get a copy of this electronic claim form?

this is like the only time ever I wanted to have kept grocery store receipts, applied for it, I buy activia regularly and have tried danone's probiotic as well last year.

what's the "lie" again? that's it's good for you? lol

Yep. This applies to me. I've been eating Activia for years now, we always buy that brand. THanks OP.

People in Quebec who make claims between $30-100 lose 2% as per Section 6.

A cooperative (likely competitor) in Quebec will take 2% of each payment.

Don't worry about getting a copy of the electronic document. I got mine maybe half an hour after submitting my claim.

I had even take screen prints, LOL.

I was part of a class action lawsuit against danone for their activia yogourt, they falsely represented some stuff in it and have lost. So now they have to pay back all their customers who purchased their activia yogourt between 01APR2009 and 06NOV2012 for the amount of 30$ to 100$.

If you can't find your grocerie bills, but bought activia, it's ok, you can still file a claim for the 30$. if you have kept your groceries bill, you can claim for the exact amount up to 100$.

Just fill out the eform and you'll get your 30$ back.

Everything you need is in the following link: http://www.collectiva.ca/en/dossiers/DanoneInc.php

edit: deadline to submit is august 27th.
