A-Data 512mb DDR400
Some computer stores in the GTA are carrying these as their generic 512mb and are selling at around $51-65. Some shops claim they have lifetime warranty and sell at higher than $58.
FYI, according to A-Data website that warranty only applies to bought in Taiwan only. Altho the chipset was marked as A-Data but they may be Hynix according to my research in the web.
If you own these and use cpu-z to check the spd, if it shows 3 sets of different numbers for 133mhz, 166mhz and 200mhz operation, the chips are Hynix.
Altho at 200mhz it shows CL3 but you will have no problem at CL2.5 as Hynix chips are not bad since they were owned by Samsung.

Are u sure hynix is owned by samsung. when I last checked it was the 3rd largest manufacturer/seller of ram chips(dram modules not sticks) under samsung and micron.
