Hmmm. I ordered around 3:30 pm, paid with cc and 30% discount applied on checkout and email confirmation. When I look at order status it says "on hold". Not sure if this is normal but afraid to call in right now lol ...

Update - I used the chat to inquire about my "on hold" status. Seems like there was a billing address problem with my card. Got it all fixed up and there as no mention of promo code. My order now shows as "submitted" so should be gtg.

good to hear i submitted my order at around 2:50 or so and it shows as shipped now
