I didn't notice this until now, so I called right away. They said already expired

I called middle of may and my sister called the same day, and we have not received our free sippy cup. I am very upset, and each customer service person tells me a different story, they said their last shipment went out three weeks ago and i should have it yesterday at latest. Still nothing, today i called and now i was told that they are waiting for a shipment from england. how can you go from one extream to the other.

i give up. this is 12 weeks since i called.

Received ours earlier this week. One large pink and one large green sippy cup. Like others have said, just stuffed in a box with no protection. They arrived fine though so can't complain.

I got my 2 - 6oz sippy cups today and I know for a fact that I ordered it May 30. I gave up expecting this thing to come. Talk about a surprise.

The purolator guy told me that the sippy cups were seriously backordered and he was doing his rounds today to shipping them in my area. It's kind of funny that my sister ordered hers the day after me and she got the Sports sippy bottle (no handles) and the via system 3 weeks ago.
