pretty good price IMO. compare prices at PC.com and you'll find that they retail for $100+ everywhere else, except for Dell which still has it on sale for $60 currently

EDIT: as for those wondering why i put "FS" in the title, i've confirmed that FS has it on clearance for $50. not sure when this happened, but that's 1 reason why you won't find it on their website anymore. if you want to buy at FS for whatever reason, it's instore only... you'll have to call to double check

for those who bought the SPC card and chose the BB $10off50 coupon (valid Aug. 1st to Nov. 30 '09), wait a couple days... add a filler item and you'll be able to essentially get this for ~$40 + tax

Dell doesn't PM AFAIK
however, if you ordered w/ a CC on Dell.ca, check w/ your CC company to see if they have a PP policy (Citi MCs have it)... you should be able to get $10 back if you choose that route
(course, you can still cancel the order if it hasn't already shipped, or if it has, just ship it back to Dell free of charge)

as for PM at stooples, they only carry the Z-5 online. might be disco'd...
haven't checked instore yet



also, i just realized BB has extended their free s/h offer to Aug. 6th (was Aug 1st). check here

I just ordered it at full price so I can have one before it goes OOS. Hopefully I can go to my local Bestbuy and just have them do a return and rebuy at their updated price, while ensuring I have a unit for myself ...worse comes to worse, I can just return it for a full refund within 30 days at the retail store if they won't honour that price.

I never do store pickup because it really just depends on the CSRs on the floor. It can get cancelled if they decide to be lazy and go find it after 10 hours just to see it has sold out.

while this is totally HOT for you people in Ontario, not so with Quebec. Usually PMing with stores online is totally a ***** and most stores in Quebec, at least in my experience, never PM online prices EVEN with free shipping involved. The poster from the thread that got it at 4$ was pretty lucky, but it's all YMMV.
