I recently purchased two vouchers for a massage from Dealfind. What a waste of time! I arrived at the address which was a townhouse unit. This was mot what I expected. Nobody was home and the trip was a total waste of my time and money. I called Dealfind & they gave me the usual put it in writing brush off. I did & nothing has transpired since. Secondly, Dealfind recently had a promo blowout sale. Well it was indeed a blowout as their system went down and nobody could access any deals including Dealfind staff. I emailed the president-Michael Tulman regarding my concerns in hopes that he would care enough to address my concerns but struck out once more.I am coming to the conclusion that Dealfind has gotten too big too quick & their customer service is suffering big time. I guess it starts from the top down. If the president cares then the rest will follow. I have received no contact regarding both of my issues. DISSAPPOINTED BIG TIME!

Something is just not adding up. Did you read the fine print of the voucher? You just showed up at the address or did you make an appointment before going there?

I don't think it's always that easy even though everyone suggests it. I've tried it once a few years back when a "trial" on a website charged me $120 when it said $1 and their excuse was because I viewed stuff not part of the trial and that there was a trial section. ********, however the company was nice enough to reverse the charge for me no problem (I was getting impatient and called visa first)

Dear maltesefalcon,
Thank you for your post.
We understand that the Deal was not to your liking and are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. As boyoflondon stated, please ensure that you review the terms and conditions of your voucher, prior to using a Deal. We are also currently dealing with a higher-than-normal call and email volume, but assure you that we are getting back to our customers as promptly as possible.
Due to the popularity of the amazing Deals featured on our site for our Friday the 13th Blowout Deals, the website did experience some technical difficulties, however these were quickly rectified and customers were able to purchase vouchers. We will definitely have more promotions like this in the future, so please stay tuned!
We definitely care about our customers and our top priority is ensuring that they are satisfied with all of their purchases. Dealfind proudly stands behind our 30-day refund policy, and we would be more than happy to look into your case for you! Please private message us and provide us with the voucher number that you are having an issue with, as well as your email address, and I will personally follow up with you regarding your case.
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
Sincerely,
The Dealfind Team

Why is it that dealfind chooses employ people to troll forums in order to defend their company's name but can't be bothered to actually deal with a customer who just wants what they paid for? This is not a sustainable business model. I post my experience on Facebook, then someone else shares theirs, etc,. Don't bother telling me to have a nice day!

They don't even bother reading the case
I bought a voucher that expires January 6th from Dealfind, when I contacted the merchant to make an appointment to redeem the voucher on December 3rd(more than a month before it expires) merchant told me they didn't have enough time to redeem my voucher as it includes 6 visit(once every week) and they won't be able to complete it before expiry. Also asked me to contact Dealfind for a refund instead.
I opened a case with Dealfind and got a lousy response after two weeks below: this makes me wonder if they even read the concern in the case.

Hello,
Thank you for your email.
We understand that you are no longer interested in using your Dealfind voucher. Please keep in mind that this voucher doesn't expire until6-Jan-2013, so it can be enjoyed at any time! As well, our vouchers are fully transferable, and make great gifts!
Dealfind proudly offers a full refund within 30 days for unused vouchers. We generally do not issue refunds or credits after this period, unless there is an unresolvable problem with the merchant that prevents you from redeeming your voucher.
As it has been over 30 days since you purchased your voucher, we are not able to issue you a refund for this purchase.
One Advanced Med Spa would be more than happy to honour your vouchers and looks forward to your business!
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using Dealfind

I purchased a voucher for an otter box on Nov 4th that said "Please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing and shipping from the date this deal closes. (Nov 9, 2012)" Well that time has come and gone so I sent an email thru their site inquiring as to it's status (especially since I purchased for a xmas gift) To date I have sent 4 emails using the original email like they request and I have not received any reply whatsoever!!
I tried looking for a phone number but couldn't find one. What should I do now? So po'd.
