They've actually got quite a few T3 Micro products, not just the hair dryers. I rarely see anyone post about the deals on this site but they often have good ones that I don't see anywhere else.

how come suddenly there's a surge of expensive hair dryers?

I only knew of hair dryers being $10-30 until Dyson. And now, seems like everything is $100-$300

T3 micro is waaaay before Dyson. I think the very first T3 Tourmaline hair dryer came out around 2004?
My last one broke outside of warranty period and they told me to send in mine and see what they can do about it.
I'm too lazy to do that though >.> So I just went ahead and bought a new one.

I just ordered one. It's free shipping, and the checkout procedure is pretty easy. I'll update my experience when I received it.

So how is this compared to others? I got a Panasonic Nanoe that I could return to Costco to get this one.

This Hair Dryer is $120 CAD (90 USD) at Costco USA. It's priced poorly ($250 CAD) in Canada though.
The $169 one is legit $440 CAD at Sephora Canada, and sells for $350 USD ($470 CAD) across the border.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $60 to get the T3 PROi.

My point was if you're going to spend this much, you might as well go all-in and buy what appears to be one of the best ones on the market, and a much better "deal". Why spend 80k on a Cadillac, when you can spend 100k on a Aston Martin that is worth 250k+? Spending 20k on the Toyota is an entirely different bracket... but I guess if you're in to that, this one is really good for $40

Same, but mine died because the cord ripped. Sent it back to Costco for a full refund as they didn't have any to exchange.

The T3 ProI looks like it has a more durable cord and I am considering that...

i am just saying for 440 dollar hair dryer it should come with leather handles and a much bigger motor. its should have got bluetooth and wifi so it can give me stats how hot my hair is getting and time i have been blowdrying to avoid damage to the hair .

this is not toyota vs aston... this is an aston dealership trying to sell you a corolla for the price of an aston db9 on sale at 80 percent off lol
