If I lived in your building I'd be pissed that residents were taking up visitor spots in the first place. Seeing as how it's visitor parking I don't see how you are at all entitled to it.

OP - those are visitor's parking spots, not yours, your neighbours, or the newbie's. Technically you're all in the wrong here, but that's just technically.
Don't you guys have your own spots?
There's no "street creed" when it comes to spots that you don't even own. I suggest buying a new house with more parking spaces if this is really going to be such a problem for you. You can yell at the newbie all you want for "destroying what was originally no problems" but then s/he would argue why you and your neighbour has the right to park there (which is basically how you want it to turn into) but s/he does not._______________-->> pick up a cheap all in one! <<--

I'd say the guy who parks their the least has the most right to the spot as he is the closest thing to a visitor.
Since you ahve lived there the longest you should know better and look for a real parking spot that is assigned to you or move as you have been there too long.

You should use your street cred to intimidate them

I just talked to my neighbour about it ... turns out the guy is touching my neighbours car RIGHT NOW as we speak ... I took some pictures.
I told them it's not a big deal because it's bumper to bumper but still, the point is this person can't drive for crap ...
Loading some pictures up shortly._______________

How big is your complex? It only has one driveway to park in, but 2 visitor spots?

Visitor parking != reserved resident parking. You are the one with 2 cars and one extra which does not have a reserved parking slot. Why not buy a 2nd one instead of using designated visitor parking?
'Entitled to park in a visitor parking spot', LOL that's the funniest thing I've ever heard.

I'm sorry to say this but the logical thing to do is to buy a new house with more spots. It despises me why there are always problems with parking - not speaking about yourself personally, but there's so many people here that claims they have too many cars for their garages and driveways, which made no sense as when questioned, they claim to NOT use their garage for car but for storage!
Back on topic. I saw the first two pictures. This might be a route you can take. If the newbie is such a bad driver, both you and your neighbour can tell him to stop parking there because s/he keeps damaging your cars. The 2nd picture should be sufficient enough. Ask him to pay for the damages. Do this enough times and he'll stop parking there._______________-->> pick up a cheap all in one! <<--
