Still ugly; the bezel is nicer, the stand ugly as hell. Still may get one though, if it goes down to $499 . . .

Mar 10th, 2006 06:50 PM #12It is supposedly a few pounds lighter than the previous model so maybe the more robust stand isn't needed this time, lighter also means cheaper to manufacture for Dell. This monitor however doesn't seem to be much of an upgrade, it's more of a cash grab than anything else for Dell. Seems similar to the minor upgrade that the Axim X51 brought over the previous X50.

wow i definitely thought they would improve the specs on the 2007 models...i dont see any point in upgrading to the newer models when the finally come out.
