[Dell] Dell.ca: Up to 12.5% Off Vostro Systems, 20% Off Latitude Laptops

Dell.ca has some coupons available for those of you shopping for new desktop or laptop systems.
  • Spend up to $699 on any Vostro system and use coupon code KTW7JCPM7HJ71V for 7.5% off
  • Spend over $700 on any Vostro system and use coupon code TKX2MT5ZVR$RS1 for 12.5% off
  • Get 20% off any Latitude Laptop with coupon code WTKP$$$RPP6TLH
You can use these codes to get some interesting deals. Here are a couple of desktop systems that offer pretty decent value with the appropriate coupon code applied (prices reflect the coupon discount):
Regarding the first configuration, we have seen similar Vostro 220s go cheaper a couple of months ago, but it's been pretty quiet since. There have been better deals, but at $369 or $406, it's still a decent system for the money.

Shipping is free. Remember, all Vostro systems have a 30-day no hassle return policy. If you don't want to keep it, you can return it without having to pay return shipping or restock fees.

Dell, you should really update your prices on the latitude laptops. Configuring the same thing in the US is half the price. (E4300) :|

I can't seem to get the 20% off coupon to work on E6400.
Am I doing something wrong?

don't want to start new link as it's not so important.

For those interested at Dell's 11G tower server, there is a nice deal.

Thanks for the coupon link. Timing worked out great for me. (Extra 12.5% discount!)

Bought a Vostro 1720 for my father-in-law's b'day next month. He won't be using Photoshop or anything processor intense, but looking at pics, surfing the 'net, watching the odd DVD and composing Word documents.

Thanks again. It was cheaper to buy within Canada than it was for an Ameri-friend to order a similarly spec'ed Dell computer on my behalf (for a change!) :)

You also get 4GB of Ram.
And you get 1 year next business day onsite warranty: the system I configured didn't have NBD onsite... so your system is better! If I could remove the NBD onsite, it might be very close to $1000: that's a great deal!

We need some desktops for the office. Any better deals out there than the Vostro 220 w/E7400 for $406?

Only have today left, otherwise, might pick up a few.

Dell's EPP are never good. They're over priced and there's only a small selection of qualified products for EPP discount.

thanks.

got my dad hooked up with the $599 vostro 220 with E8500 processor, 3GB ram, 250GB HD, DVD BURNER and 19" WS monitor for like $650+tax.

not the best deal, but the best right now, and he's been chomping at the bit to get one.

In the USA, same config and calling Dell Direct for 8-10 Vostro notebooks, I was able to get them at 825$USD. I think for 1, it was 869$USD. With the same config below you also get a 1 x 500Gb external hard disk included.

With our stronger CAD dollar, Dell needs to update pricing on Dell.ca fast.

Good luck to all!
Sergio

+1

Dell's Canadian pricing is terrible.
M1730 is $1,199 USD and $1,899 CDN. It was even worse when the M1730 was $999 a few weeks ago.
