I replaced my 13-year old, on the fritz Ultrasharp that I was using as a secondary monitor and this is fantastic. I was worried because people kept saying TN panels are garbage, but as gehko said, it just needs some color calibration and it looks great.
There are a ton of people here who really don’t know what they are talking about. The less they know the more sure of themselves they are.

Would be nicer at 2k though, 1080p is kind of old tech.
Do you mean 1440p?

Can anyone share their color settings? So far I’ve been going back and forth between the Cool and Normal presets but working all day long on an IPS, I wish I could make the Dell look a bit better. Thanks.

Is this still a good deal? I'm looking for a new monitor - all I would use it for is CS:GO.

Also, are there any live coupon codes? Thanks!

So tempted to get this to pair with my 27 inch 1440p 144hz to reduce the issue with games lagging when my current 60hz monitor is playing videos. Might wait for a good deal on a 24 inch 144 though.

Sorry to bump this but I see this sale seems to still be alive, hoping someone can help me figure out if this is a good match for my PC setup.

Currently running an 8 year old Asus 1080p 24" monitor with an i5 8400 and a 4gb RX480. Not sure if I am better off with this 27" 1080p at 144hz or if i could bump up to a 27" 1440p at the cost of some refresh rate. 1440p at 75hz maybe...?

Honestly just don't know what is best suited to my video card/CPU setup. No point getting a super monitor if my GPU can't handle it...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1080p at 144hz will work but don't expect to play games on max settings. If anything you might have to hover around low to mid depending on the game in order to maintain a consistent 144 fps which equates to the 144hz working.

144hz doesn't work if your PC cant run games at 144 fps.

Similar question: is it good monitor for RX580 8Gb and Ryzen 2600x, or I should look for higher resolution/rate?

I got the monitor today and it seems like the screen is very straining to my eyes. I turned my brightness down to 20 and tried few profiles online with no luck. My eyes are almost tearing after around 20 mins.

Any suggestions as to settings/color profiles? I think this is the first screen that i have this issue.

PS. I do not think it is because of the brightness of the display.
