Probably a frankendrive (USB soldered to the drive, no SATA.. also no PS4)

The seagate 4tb for ~169 (in other thread) is probably better

Got any proof on it being a frankendrive? Other reviews do not say anything of the kind...
Plus in my opinion Seagate drives fail, I've never had a WD drive fail on me.

Either way, it works with Xbox one and that is what it is to be used with... my storage is constantly full and I am really tired of deleting/reinstalling games I want to play.

As for reliability, aside from the obvious ones, it's different for everyone. While you may not have had WDs fail, I've never had segates fail and all my WD except one failed. Does that mean WD as a brand suck based on reliability ? Nope

WD are risky because they introduce two points of failure. The drive itself and the usb board. Plus they do encryption so even if you could take it out, encryption gets you
