So Duracell took Sanyo ENELOOPS and put their name on it? or Sanyo and Duracell use the same supplier and put their names on them?

Any NiMH batteries will charge in the Sanyo charger. I don't know that anyone has 100% confirmed that the Duracell batteries are exactly the same as the Sanyo ones.

From what I have read, make sure the top ring on the outer edge under the + is white rather than black and that it is made in Japan and you should be good.
