Is it just me or do only the peeps in the t-dot area have massive amounts of dents on their cars from their bad driving? I mean along the doors and hood etc. Looks like their cars are crap boxes on wheels. I hope this isn't what Canada has come too as I haven't seen anything so horrible in my life.
Canada is a better country than this. Why so much crap cars?

In an area of Richmond Hill where I live, we'd had hail on 5 different days over the course of the last 3 weeks. There was a big one about 2 weeks ago that really did some damage to some people's cars ($11k for a Mercedes and $5k for a Civic, but these figures were through insurance).

The car I drive has a bunch of dents in it because of other irresponsible mofos out there on the road. It's been left in a parking lot for a few weeks once and when we came back we found 3 dents on the car... no notes or anything. They aren't major but the fact that people constantly hit and run is starting to piss me off. Hopefully those bastards were caught after they hit someone else's car...

Are you serious with this thread or just trolling?

Cars with dents is the most horrible thing you've seen in your life??? If that's the most horrible thing you've ever seen then you should be thanking your lucky stars, not making stupid rant posts on RFD about it.
Oh NOES! Canada is becoming a terrible country with all these dented cars! What will be next? Cracks in the sidewalks?!
And you mention this is an alleged problem in Toronto and then somehow equate the small number of vehicles you've probably seen in Toronto as being representative of Canada, one of the largest nations by land mass, in the world???
Also you assume that the dents are from "bad driving", completely ignoring any other possibility why those dents could be there. E.g. Hail storm someone spoke about above, vandalism, etc.
I mean is it just me or does this guy seem like he's high?

What amazes me are how people who don't know how to parallel park insist on doing it fast anyway. They suck at parallel parking but don't slow down to do it, they try to do it "fast" & end up hitting a car. If you suck at parallel parking, why aren't you being more careful? Is it because you think it looks bad to "hesitate" while parallel parking?
I'm certainly far from being a great parallel parker, but I just don't get why those people aren't more considerate. Instead, they hit a car then take off. I'm sure they're the kind of people who do it multiple times a year.
