Detox'ng has very mixed reviews, but personally think they havs some positive effects in addition to the weightloss that I think is mostly a result of waterloss and starvation.

My Wife and I have both used Wild Rose Herbal Detox a few times. It's gentle, natural and impressive how much stuff comes out of you. The recommended diet is pretty easy to follow for the 2-week program.

Hope you're close to a toiler when the laxative kicks-in :-)

most detox program are based on diet elimination - no flours, processed foods, dairy etc (varies depending on the program) and then there are usually supplements (diuretic and laxatives) that help you pass the toxins.... (well you get the picture)
