The HD in Milton had 2 Bosch grinders including 8 grinding wheels for $50. There were still some left few days ago when I was there.

Dewalt Angle Grinder - $50 for TWO @ HD
Not sure if it's YMMV or not.
But was at the Richmond Hill location last night, these were on sale for $50 (down from $100 - the same ones in the HD flyers a wk or two ago). They only sell this in a package of 2 (they call the other one as "bonus"). They still have quite a few on hand as of yesterday.
Anyway, some stores are still selling this for $80-$90 for ONE (regular price).
They are the 4.5" ones.
For $25 each, you are probably only going to get a Jobmate one at CT. Great deal IMO.
Anyone wants to split one, PM me - I live in the area (haven't bought one yet) but I only need one.

there's also the makita 2-grinder pack, with 2 bonus diamond wheels.
not sure of the value of those, but HD assoc said approx $30-40 each making it a better value.
still not sure...
dewalt vs makita (no bosch available)
i assume from the previous post,
bosch > dewalt > makita??

Why do they always seem to sell these things in pairs? What am I going to do with a second angle grinder? Maybe I can get a grinding party going. Hmmm, that doesn't sound so good.

I have a Bosch that's about 17 years old.
Although the grinder works well, due to the metric threads on the spindle, I have had more difficulty finding attachments and cheaper items on sale were often not compatible.
I have no idea if this is an issue with current models or if accessory availability has improved. I haven't looked in recent years.
It might be something to consider pre-purchase.
