Difference between 2 Sharp 37" Aquos

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me what the difference is between:

1) 37" Aquos LC37D43U, and
2) 37" Aquos LC37D42U

Apparently the 43U is $200 cheaper and I'm wondering why that is the case.

If you know the difference, can you please give me your opinion whether the C$200 price difference is warranted?
