Hi
I m loocking to buy a set of mags for the winter.
I found ine with a poaitive offset of 35. My truck original wheels has a positive offset of 19.
Is this a problem?

Depends on the vehicle. Best to check a vehicle specific forum for wheel fitment.

... according to calculator, found wheel will have an inner rim which is 16mm closer to the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 16mm less than before.

Hard to say ... esp. it is closer to suspension component, is it possible to test fit the wheel and making sure it does not rub against the component when the steering is turned lock to lock. If you have those rugged tires, I would fear it would rub. Alternatively, you could ask a wheel/tire shop for their opinion and go from there.

Poking out or flushed to the fender looks better then poking inwards.
