1gb of ram costs about 30-40 dollars nowdays. It seems kind of weird that someone would go through the process of selling an expensive laptop just to steal 30-40 bucks on ram..
Maybe it was some kind of mistake?

No way it can be a mistake. xtoronto claimed 1GB in the laptop, and said prior to all the system restores or whatever 1GB was registered in the system specs. Buyer opened up RAM cover and found only 512MB... clearly a lie.

lol those idiots always get caught up in these little things and ruin their reputation.
Beats me.. why for a 30-40 buck down your pocket you would go and ruin your reputation?
