I know but I was surprised with the 2nd raise 2 months apart, total 15.5% YoY

Keyera (KEY.TO) delivered strong financial results in the first quarter of 2017 with net earnings of $96 million or $0.52 per share, compared to $70 million or $0.41 per share in the first quarter of 2016. The Fact Sheet forecast was $0.34 per share.

Keyera said all three of its business segments posted solid financial results, generating adjusted EBITDA of $148 million compared to $145 million in Q1 2016.

Keyera increased its monthly dividend by approximately 6% from $0.1325 per share to $0.14 per share, or $1.68 per share annually. The dividend increase is effective with the May dividend payable on June 15, 2017.

KEY shares closed down 0.4% at $40.62.

"Sun Life Financial increases dividend"

TORONTO, May 9, 2017 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Sun Life Financial Inc. (TSX: SLF) (NYSE: SLF) today announced an increase of 4% or 1.5 cents per share to the dividend to be paid on its common shares, rising to $0.435 per common share, payable June 30, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2017.

Canadian Pacific (Railway), increases dividend to $0.5625/share/quarter (from $0.50/share). A 12.5% increase.

CP purchased 6.91 million of its common shares at a weighted average price of $175.01 under its previous normal course issuer bid, which expired May 1, 2017. In total, CP has repurchased 30.94 million of its common shares since 2014, representing approximately 21 percent of its public float, as at March 31, 2017.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per share, an increase of 12.5 percent to the previous dividend of $0.50 per share. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017, and is an "eligible" dividend for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial/territorial legislation.

New Flyer Industries Inc. (NFI) is hiking its dividend 36.8% to $1.30 per share:
Based on the improvement in both earnings and cash flow, the board of directors of the Company has decided to increase the annual dividend rate to C$1.30 per share, which represents an increase of 36.8% from the previously announced annual dividend rate of C$0.95 per share. The new annual dividend rate of C$1.30 per share is effective for dividends declared after May 10, 2017, although such distributions are not assured.
