The BCE annualized common share dividend will increase 5.2%, or 15 cents per share, from $2.87 to $3.02 per year effective with BCE’s Q1 2018 dividend payable on April 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2018.

"BROOKFIELD NEWS, Feb. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brookfield Property Partners L.P. (NASDAQ:BPY) (TSX:BPY.UN) (“the Partnership” or “BPY”) today announced financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2017.

“Today we are pleased to report that our board of directors has approved a 7% increase to our quarterly distribution.” ...The Board of Directors approved an increase in the Partnership’s quarterly distribution from $0.295 to $0.315 per unit ( $1.26 per unit on an annual basis). Accordingly, the Board has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.315 per unit payable on March 29, 2018 to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2018. "

Killam Apartment REIT Announces 3.2% Distribution Increase
The Board of Trustees has approved a 3.2% increase in Killam's annual distribution, to $0.64 per unit from $0.62 per unit. The monthly distribution will be $0.05333 per unit, up from $0.05167 per unit. The increase is effective for the March 2018 distribution, to be paid in April 2018.

Transcanada Pipeline (TRP) increases 10.4% link
Our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2018 on TransCanada's outstanding common shares. This represents an increase in the dividend of 10.4 per cent from the previous dividend and is equivalent to $2.76 per common share on an annualized basis.

FirstService (FSV) increases 10% link
FirstService Corporation (TSX:FSV) (NASDAQ:FSV) ("FirstService") announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10% increase in the quarterly cash dividend on the outstanding Subordinate Voting Shares and Multiple Voting Shares of the Company (together, the "Common Shares") over the previous US$0.1225 per Common Share and declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.135 per Common Share. The dividend is payable on April 6, 2018 to holders of Common Shares of record at the close of business on March 29, 2018.

At this distribution level, the Company’s dividend on an annualized basis will be US$0.54, up from US$0.49 per year. The growth in the dividend represents the third consecutive 10% increase since FirstService became a new public company through its mid-2015 spin-off

Can someone breakdown how a dividend is paid. Say you have 100 shares and the quarterly dividend is .69. Would you then recieve 69 dollar's? Sorry for the noob question new to investing

Yes into your account unless you had it set up to DRIP, which is taking the dividends and reinvesting by buying more of the same whole shares to increase your position

Great news. Some key information communicated to shareholders in the following news release: https://www.transcanada.com/en/announce ... -for-2017/

"...continued annual dividend growth at the upper end of an eight to ten per cent range through 2020 and an additional eight to ten per cent in 2021,"
"...Success in advancing these and other projects into construction and operation could extend our dividend growth outlook beyond 2021,"

I also noticed that going back 5 years, the current dividend is 50% higher than it was in 2013. Great dividend growth story.
