do 9 cell batteries stick out on 15.4" laptop?

I see that dell offers standard 6 cell batteries along with laptop, but there is also an option to add 9 cell battery, so is the 9 cell battery bigger? will it look bad? create more weight?

or is the difference very minimal?

It has pictures of the 1520 with the 9-cell battery. It sticks out ~2 centimeters out the back. The 6-cell does not stick out.

It's a bit more weight, but a lot more battery power. Personally I would go for the 9-cell and don't care about the little bit of stick out at back.
