Do I have the print workflow right?

I am looking to print a batch of photos for my in-laws. I want to try and get what comes out of the photo lab to match what's on my screen as closely as possible. My understanding is the work flow should look something like this:

1. Start with a properly colour calibrated monitor.

2. Download printer ICC profile from photo lab and install in image processing software.

2. Import and process RAWs (I use Olympus Viewer 3 because it's free and speed is not a concern for me).

3. Make minor adjustments in OV3 (adjust exposure, white balance and shadows if needed).

4. Export RAWs to JPEG and upload to photo lab for printing.

Is there anything I am missing?

Not missing anything just do not use JPEG for printing. Export to tiff or other high quality lossless format.

Not sure if I can print directly from OV3. I don't have my own printer. I'm essentially trying to set things up for printing at a third-party photo lab (e.g., Duncan & Wright, Costco, etc.).
