Do RFDers give out candy on Hallowe'en?
Are we RFDers as cheap as we say we are? Personally, I am not, so I guess I'm not a true RFDer. If I was, I would totally not give out candy AND still go trick or treating regardless of my age. Now that's true RFD spirit!

Its a lonely, lonely night in Calgary.
7:15 and only 12 kids so far. Normally I'm at around 80 or so by now.
I guess the flu is keeping the kids home. The temperature is freaking beautiful today, its was 14 celsius in Calgary - So hot I had to bring out the barbeque._______________

No, instead they dress up as children and take out their entire families and go trick or treating so that they don't have to buy candy for the next 365 days.

I love seeing the really cute kids, some of them are so ridiculously adorable! There was a little girl around 3 years old dressed up as a chicken.. SO CUTE! Could barely resist dumping all my candy into her tiny little bucket. There were some people around my age though.. talk about awkward..

We gave out probably about 80ish? I too noticed it's getting less kids now, we used to easily give out way over 100. And I took our 4 years old out trick and treating, he got a big bagful and was so excited. After seeing my boy's face, I think next year I'll put even more effects to our give outs.
Nothing beats kids' happy faces.

Refusing to give out candy due to the cost is not being a true RFD'er, that's being a cheap prick. Don't bring all RFD'ers down to that level.
