Do you forgive and forget?
Just curious, I was wondering how do you guys deal with annoying people who always piss you off? Just wanna see how others manage their social skills.
For me personally, if it was a minor issue, i would just say forget it and move on. If it was some concerning issue, I may be pissed for a day or 2, depending on the issue, and just forgive them. However, if it's something big that makes me lose trust in them, I'll be pissed for a few days, move on, but just keep my distance from that person and beware he or she is not trust worthy anymore.
Also, what do you do when a person repeatedly goes after you?
FYI: I don't have any problems right now and I'm not looking for help, so save the flaming for those who love flaming.. LOL I'm just trying to see how other people deal with such problems. Thanks!

Lol, you better not let your wife see that avatar. Would she be pissed if she saw it?

+1. And forgiving becomes much harder the next time, depending on the violation. Sometimes, I get to the point where I don't even consider forgiving.

If you don't forgive, you will hold a grudge. It will affect you. You don't have to forget about what wrong was committed, but you should learn to let it go.

Its so much harder to forgive as times go by with the violation becoming larger and larger. That happened to me once, I told the guy blunt in the face, and doesn't get it. I wonder how those people get along with other people

I don't mind holding a grudge sometimes. I think that there are times when hate, dislike, disgust is a good thing.
I've been betrayed sometimes, in such a way that an I'm sorry just won't do. I've been betrayed, sometimes, and I've forgiven them, and they do it again. In those cases, an I'm sorry will definately not do. It's not like I'll be out for their blood, but I'll not want to have anything to do with them, nor will I help them.

i forgive my gf all the time.. i don't know why i do it sometimes but i just do.. i'm a forgiving person
i can never stay mad at somebody for a long time. and most of the time i forget what she did to me, except for several occasions, where i kind of forget over time but sometimes i remember it again.

Wow. She must be good!
I hope you don't come across a situation to test your forgiving soul. Enjoy it while it lasts!
