Style, yes.
Fashion? No, and I wouldn't want to be 'fashionable,' wearing true religions, $150 puma's and a fake LV man-purse.
Fashion /= Style

Do you have senses of fashions
Be honest.

Do you think people who say I have no sense of style/fashion say that because they are embarassed by the fact that their style/fashion looks ridicolous, and don't want make people think they tried.

They probably just don't have a sense of what goes well with what, so they copy other people's styles and run with it, not creating a style for themselves.
Some people are inherently creative, they can draw, or design, or create music beautifully. Some people can't draw their way out of a maze, or are totally tone deaf. Same goes for style. Some people know what colors go well with what, some don't.

Me? Not really. I do know what colours/clothes would compliment each other, what cuts do fit me and do not, and what to wear to what occasion. But no, I can't create my own unique fashion style or a new trend. I usually just wear classics because they look good and will never go out of style.

senses of fashions?
LOL!!...good point, by "sesnses of fashions", what was the OP referring to. Since they pluralized the word senses & fashions, did they mean does anyone have more than 1 sesnses for multiple styles of fashions? Can anyone clarify?

Do you think people without a sense of fashion...should be ... removed? When I see a person wearing like a ripped black shirt that says 'Blue Jays 1992 World Series Champions' with maroon sweatpants...it makes me want to just say bye-bye. It's so disgusting, it's an eye-sore

Aug 31st, 2006 03:22 PM #12I agree, if someone has a poor sense of fashion it's their problems, not yours unless that person is someone close to you. Maybe they're wearing it for attention or the might actually think they look good.

Depends.
Most academics don't period.
Some don't until they bed a woman.
Others don't until they marry.

I think I do have style... for a straight guy, thats saying something.
At high-school I thought I had crazy style back then as well. But after looking at some of the pictures... maybe not so much. I think my sense of style has definitely evolved and hopefully for the better.

If you're a guy and people say you have a bad sense of style, you can always ask a female friend with good fashion advice to go shopping with you. I did this before and the pieces that she picked out, I received a lot of compliments on. Or alternately, ask a good male friend with a good sense of fashion to go with you.
