Do You use BING Cashback as a Canadian?
DOES NOT WORK FOR CANADIANS
- Bing found out somehow that I was Canadian.. so I lost my program and my $0.96 =(
don't use BING unless you are for sure they cannot track you.
just use a different cashback site.. i know they're less cashback but it's still better than nothing...
Hey, BING cashback gives you wayy better rewards then cashbaq/fatwallet/GCR.
So has anyone use it.
it says you have to have a US paypal/ebay account.
any help would be awesome!!
Thanks.

Yes I have used it. I have a US eBay account, US paypal account, US bank account, US CC account, and US address. The only way MS could surmise I am Canadian is by Facebooking me or assuming it based on IP, which could be wrong (maybe I am travelling)

Can you still get the cheques if you got an US address that the cheque can be sent to? I rather have the cheque sent to me but if need be I'll get my friend to buy me this hot deal on a DSLR and re-ship it to me! I am so jealous of US residents that get Bing

I got my account revoked. Had about $25 in there.
Not worth taking the chances for ...
They sent me this email
Hello,
We regret to inform you that your Bing cashback account will be closed due to that fact that it does not conform with the rules governing the cashback program. Section 28 of our Microsoft Service Agreement states:
28. Bing cashback.
You can participate in the Bing cashback service if you are 18 years or older, reside in the United States and satisfy the requirements described in this contract and at the Bing cashback web site…
The cashback Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) states:
Who’s eligible for Bing cashback?
You are as long as you:
· Provide us with a valid email address and password for account access.
· Are at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S.
· Have a valid mailing address (a P.O. Box won't work).
· Create or have an active Windows Live ID and cashback account.
· Adhere to the Microsoft Service Agreement. Read this carefully for specific limitations.
These terms and conditions took effect on the launch of cashback on May 21, 2008. Currently, this program is limited to the United States. Since our research indicates that you do not reside in the United States, your cashback account will be closed, and any savings accumulated in your account will be forfeited.
We apologize for any confusion you may have regarding this program.
