Did anyone mention the fact that there is a Chrysler fine product behind this "monster"?

Both are 6.2L Supercharged V8, but Hellcat has 707 HP and 650 lb.-ft. of torque.
The Cadi is rated 640 horsepower and 630 pound-feet..

Why are the Hellcats overrated?
They both are just as quick and just as fast but with the Caddy you've got a four door luxury car. Don't get me wrong I love the Hellcat but I'd take the V any day. Besides, I already own a V ;)

Unless GM was able to beef up its powertrain there won't be an AWD CTS-V either.
Yeah it's too bad that there's no AWD option but I'm more than happy without it.

The dodge can't go around corners, the charger hellcat had similar times around a track as an sti and 335i.

I actually see the appeal of the Charger Hellcat ... Of course it won't be a good track car but I can see it as a good large family sedan with lots of space that you can occasionally unwind on a straight road.

Plus, dat bragging rights doe ... 707 HP in a family sedan. Just wished it was a twin turbo rather than supercharged but that's not the muscle car way

/thread
The P85D won the drag race and it wasn't even running the v6.2 firmware which bumped up the 0-60 time to 3.1s.
I love RFD! :)

I just want to point out that the tesla's battery would be toast within fifty or so launches. Imagine needing a new crate engine every year. Batteries do not do well when drained at a rapid, heavy pace. One cannot defy physics.
