i don't think so since i haven't seen a post in hot deals like "OMG Hottest Deal abcdef item only $XX.XX at DC!!!, PM FS or BB for <$XX.XX !!!" (lol)

Ok serious this is what i think,
directcanada doesn't have a physical store (in toronto at least) You know that's a good enough reason to deny PM eventhough they guarantee to match.

I got BB to PM DirectCanada at 100%, not 110, in June this year but definately YMMV.
