Does anyone here reuse the plastic bags from bread/bagels?

In my town there are recycling bins for hard plastic, plastic film (bags), bond paper, magazines, cardboard, tin/aluminum.

But NO bin for glass. I find this very strange.

U know those plastic product bags u get, the ones with pre-made holes to prevent accidental suffocation? I have discovered I can reuse them as a kitchen bin liner by taping up the holes using the stickers from fruit.
