Does anyone know the commission structure at Rogers corporate dealers?
I have a job offer from Rogers and a couple other places and I have to decide before I get back to them.
It's a basic sales rep position in a power center store. They've told me about their quotas and everything but I haven't heard much about the commission structure.
I'm just wondering what my earning potential will be with the wireless commission, etc. Like, how much commission on a new activation, on an upgrade, on a home security appointment scheduling, or on extras like plan add-ons or device protection, accessories etc.
If anyone here works for Rogers or knows someone who does and can help me figure this stuff out, I'd really appreciate it!
