Does Gigabyte send rma motherboards via UPS ?

I have a dead Gigabyte k8nsc-939 mobo that is under warranty. I would like to send the board to Gigabyte for replacement but, according to the Gigabyte website, they will return the board via UPS or FedEx. If they send it back via either shipper, will I be charged a brokerage fee ?

I'm asking these questions because the board isn't expensive and it may not be worth it for me to pay shipping to California and the return brokerage fee.

Any information would be appreciated.

They will mark "RMA returned" on the box, so you will NOT get charged extra

I have received like 3 RMA return from ASUS, all through FedEx and opened by Canadian custom, including a laptop RMA too

I rma'd a Gigabyte motherboard a few months ago. They shipped a replacement by UPS and declared the value as $15USD...so no brokerage fees.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to rma the board since a new board will cost around $100.
