Most items for the bulk pricing is the same as a single unit in store pricing so basically no savings in buying bulk and plus shipping costs.

The prices being the same in-store with the exception that you have to buy a bulk order, and there's an $18 shipping charge, they'll have to do a lot better than that. However, it's a start.
Help an animal charity or sanctuary out today. Become a volunteer, advocate, foster a pet, or donate. They need you as much as you need them!

it's a baby start. I suspect it'll get better as time goes on.

No full size chocolate bars?
Their store brand chocolate bars are pretty amazing. Highly recommended these ones:

Although instores it was 3 / $1 and shipping kills the deal. Hopefully they iron things out and create pick up points in some stores.

Do they have the same no-returns/refunds policy as their stores?

It's been 2/$1 in Ontario for quite a few years.

I hope shipping eventually drops once they get a decent volume of orders. I guess now is a good time to start a new thread dedicated to pooling orders together.
