It might be related to propping up sales at franchise locations that need extra traffic

A couple of reasons why I'm not back at Dominos this January:

-Didn't get free pizza email
-Don't have 50% off pizzas promo
-Wendy's $3 Dave's single special throughout Jan

Until then.... I'm directing cash over to Wendys.

Why would they give you free pizza when you're a good loyal paying customer.

To keep you loyal.
Why do companies even have loyalty programs. Not out of generosity.

I unsubscribed from basically everything because my email was too spam. So rip free pizza.

Me too. I just recently unsubscribed, mostly because of their too numerous e-mails and the fact that I don't eat their pizza because it's crappy pizza with minimal toppings.

Of course, I would have revisited had I received a free pizza coupon.
