Jen is a great lawyer
I'm glad she didn't win. I've come across so many people like her in my years. Those who are very poor perfomers but great self-promoters. Always looking out for number 1! Only. Each time Jen was in the boardroom she was obviously very well rehearsed and prepared - almost like closing arguements in a court case. No I don't know if she is/was a trial lawyer but man was she ready to go each and every time. I wonder if the D' man is privy to any of the footage of the challenges. I suspect not. Kelly was rock solid throught the whole competition. And I think it was said many, many times - he can lead and he can be led. I like the premiss of season 3. It is too bad how often "book learnin" is over-valued and common sense and street smarts are overlooked. I work in the IT world and it kills me how often a peice of paper from the cerification of the month is touted on resumes of people with experince measured in hours. I'm not about to start a debate, I just think education and experince are equally valuable - which is exactly what Kelly had.

In the Business world, there are only two groups of people. There are those who can speak so well and got all the credits, and there are those who just work and work and got little credits.
That is so sad.....

Well, that's life. And the reason why immigrants have a much harder time "rising to the top".

Man this finale sucked. Everything looked like a bad imitation of last year's and then they threw in extra crap to make it longer. They have George saying Jennifer and Carolyn saying Kelly.. that was slightly ********. I must've missed the part where Kelly chose his project, was it the casino or the NY buildings?

I stopped watching towards the last hour...
It seemed like there was commercial breaks every two minutes...
Gave up and went to bed...

It made a mockery of what trump said at the season finale of Season 1 when he said part of being a leader is making fast decisions and sticking with them.
This new apprentice was forced to render a decision 30 mins after he was given the choice simply because this is showbusiness

I was thinking the same. And he says Elizabeth/Ivana were indecisive. He had how many months to think of his decision including the online poll and still he couldn't make up his mind (or so he claims)

If you notice, these American tv shows never have many "brown" people on them for some reason. They have blacks, asians, but rarely other visible minorities.
Kwame was also there ...

I don't think what I said was a spoiler, or a big deal at all, but, some others thought otherwise, so I removed it and apologized.

I think I saw Sam there too, but it was hard to be sure, cause I think he was lieing on the floor in a fetal position sleeping again...
