Wow that sounds like an awesome deal but where do I enter the code? And which of L1 package do I choose? The yearly one?

I'm hosted by netrillium and lately they've been slow in my response (at least 24 hours, it used be a few hours but I'm on their most reliable server) so I'm thinking of switching.

If anyone needs hosting and already has a domain I may be able to host you for a small fee via paypal? ^_^; $6 USD sound good for 200 mb of diskspace and 5 gb of bandwidth and all the cpanel/fantastico/etc. please pm. ^^

Basically, it has to be explained that If you already hosting at Dreamhost, they give you $97 in referral reward. However, you can give all that amount when you create at referral code. So $119.40 - $97 = $22.40.

A friend of mine signed up a new account on dreamhost.com referraled by me,but after he added a two years plan,he could not use 5555W coupon code when we wanted to make a payment,we could not find anywhere that we could type it,I don't know why.
and also we can only change the plan but not delete it,and when he tried to close his account because he didn't even start using it.

here's error message:

Btw, yesterday for the first time since I joined (near 1 year) they had serious problem. All day long they been hit by DDoS. It's all fixed, but it was down a good 3 or 4 hours yesterday. Usually, it's never more than 5 minutes.

Are you being serious? They do not suspend you for too much bandwidth. They charge you when you go over their 120gb limit.

Sorry, but I do not see any promotion at DreamHost that goes for US$22 per year. My understanding is that unless you are using a customer-created promo code (a.k.a. referral code), it's US$119.40/yr.

By the way, DreamHost is a very trustworthy host, and has been around for more than 8 years now. They are so nice that not only do they have 97 days money guarantee (the longest in the industry), they actually refund your unused portion of payment whenever you choose to leave. I did that myself some 6 years ago, re-signed up again months later, and have been using them since then.

You can find many discount codes for their webhosting just by doing a little searching and most of them ARE referral codes. It allows you to make money off people who sign up using your code. The higher the discount you give, the fewer $$$ in your pocket.

It's a promotion. Like the 777 codes or 888 codes in the past. Neither of these promtions could be found on Dreamhost.
