It's mostly regular garbage. Food leftovers, packaging, some notes (in Russian), a Shaw bill (which is how we got his account number), a pair of pants once, etc...
Anything that can be used to identify DNA?

Wouldn't the Shaw bill have his name and address?

I mis-remembered. I just checked the pictures I have to make sure I wasn't ******** and actually had his name and address this whole time... but no. It was a note with the Shaw account number on it:

I'm hoping someone here works for Shaw and can look up this douche for you based on his account number.

And risk losing their job?! What for?

This guy is such a creature of habit if OP or his neighbors really wanted to, they could easily find where he lives/works.

I love this thread and am really hoping this bites the guy in the ass hard!!

Be hilarious if the street blocked in his car one morning and forced him to explain his actions on video. That's if this city thing goes no where.

At one point I thought if someone just jumped out and tossed a bag of his own garbage on his windshield would be perfect.

He's back at it. Over the weekend I installed another camera.
Here he is coming up the lane:

And here he is tossing a garbage bag out the window:

I'm going to call the city inspector again to see what's going on.

What a ****.
Build an air cannon filled with baby diapers, when he tosses the garbage bag, launch a volley of waste right back at him.

I spoke to the city inspector.
The first time she was there he reversed because of construction blocking the lane, not because she caught him. She's still planning to stake out the lane.
She apologized and said that this is going to take some time.

Thanks for the update. Ok, so that culprit was not so brazen to do this again w/ knowledge of being staked out.

KEEP all the garbage and sift through it for something incriminating. I have a feeling he is up to something sketchy and is due diligent enough to get rid of evidence each and every day.

Nah, I doubt he's up to something fishy. He's probably been doing this his whole life, being from an older generation, this is acceptable to a lot of people of his age. He's always gotten away with it, never been called out, knows its wrong but doesn't care. Figures someone else will clean it up.
