Driving down to Grove City, Pittsburgh, Washington DC and Baltimore need ideas...
So we are driving down to Grove City, Pittsburgh, Washington DC and Baltimore.Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what we should go to or anything to avoid. The trip would be 5 days.
So far we are watching a Pirates game in Pittsburgh, shopping in Grove city, museums in DC and baseball game in Baltimore. Just looking for any other ideas on what to do.
Thanks!

If you like music by the Thievery Corporation you might wanna check out their bar in Washington

I've always wanted to go there but never had a real reason to go to DC

I love Baltimore! Make sure you do take in a baseball game. Then have dinner (unless you overdo it at the ballpark) at Phillips....amazing seafood and reasonable.
Althought the best way to enjoy the crab is to buy a bushel, sit at a picnic table and enjoy!
Check out the Jazz in the many little clubs...great stuff!
And here's a savings booklet for you

We are also going to Darien Lake. Where is the best place to but the tickets?

CAA South Central Ontario is selling Darien Lake admission for $24.99CAD for its members.

Seeing as you're going to Darien Lake, I assume you're interested in theme parks?
If so you should go to Kennywood in Pittsburgh. It's a really nice, old park. It's definetly a nicer park then Darien Lake. (you could do both though if you have time). Kennywood has a number of interesting rides, 3 wooden coasters that are nearly 100 years old, and a big steel coaster which drops 230 feet down the side of a ravine.
And if you want a real quick stop you could hitup Waldameer in Erie, PA on your way down. They just build a new wooden coaster that drops down the side of a ravine, and crosses a 4 line highway. If you want a stop for awhile on your way down you could stop here. It's a small litle park, with no admission cost, no cost for parking, and pay per ride. Could stop for an hour or so if you really wanted to. I'm stopping there tomorow on my way to Cedar Point for the weekend.

It's the Pittsburgh Pirates (a mlb baseball team). The baseball stadium looked amazing.
Also, you should check out the Penguins (NHL playoffs) game if it isn't too much. Looks like they are going all the way.
