dry cleaning a dress - how much?

what prices have you ladies paid to dry clean a dress? just wondering if $50 is too much or average.

i have a dress that's acetate with a polyester lining. there is a design on the front that needs to be covered in aluminum. the dry cleaner said they do that anyway for the bottoms? never had to worry about a fancy dress before.

recommendations for places in the gta would be appreciated too. thx!
