DSL Providers with non-static IPs?

I need a DSL provider that can easily disconnect / reconnect with a new IP address in scarborough. Preferably something thats lesser known / used, but I guess anything would be fine as long as its able to change the IP each time easily and quickly.

Thanks

I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason that doesn't include the words "cyber" or "stalking" anywhere in it.

Many of them work on MAC addresses, so you could run a virtual machine, (ie: with Virtualbox) with a bridged interface, do all your "stuff" inside the virtual machine, and change the MAC with ease as you shut the VM down.

My guess is for file sharing sites (Rapidshare etc)

Reset the IP and you don't need to wait an hour for the next download.

You could also change the MAC address of the network card, many cards allow you to do so from the drivers or a utility. Another option is to have a second network card and switch between the two.

Velcom does... I'm pretty sure most DSL providers offer dynamic IP's. Static IP's cost more?
