Most if not all of the Current Generation DVD Writers can write to Dual Layer DVD+DL disks, the most used and approved brand is Verbatim and the best disks from them are Made in Singapore.

Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> DVD/CD-ROM Drives

Note the Model it says google it and read up my friend, this will tell you if it supports DVD+DL.
