Thanks OP. With a referral, do we get 50$ + 20$ or 50$ only?

I believe $20 goes to the person who refers. So if you open new a/c and refer then yes.

Sounds like they might actually be a decent financial institution to deal with considering how good those terms are.

Thanks OP

$50 is not enough. I would be in if it was $200 or even $100.

Yes there is TD, CIBC, RBC offering that but does not comes free and you pay what you get. Tangerine is the best option out there but it also does not have every service mentioned above free and also its ATM is limited to Scotia.

Tried to sign up but I don't have any cheques and they want me to send one. The reason I'm signing up is for the free cheques.

Don't you have an account with Tangerine? If not, they give you a $50 bonus plus your first book of cheques are free..

I thought everyone on here had an account with Tangerine

Keep in mind there is a $5.00 yearly membership fee so, it not FREE like PC or Tangerine.
If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it was, and always will be yours. If it never returns, it was never yours to begin with :|
