I checked my Homeoutfitters money card yet again and the back side doesn't show any Dyson purchase restrictions. I'm surprise there are variants of this $20 card. I'm not buying a $350 less 80 fan though. Haha

I have a $150 off coupon on the Dyson Hot. I've been contemplating whether to buy it or not for the past week. I can basically get it for $220 with taxes included. I'm thinking its a great deal since its more than 50% off but still a lot of money to drop on a heater/fan

Hi, can I ask where or how you go that coupon? If you don't buy the dyson Hot, I'll be willing to buy that coupon off you.

Heat dishes are vastly inferior to fan heaters.

Hot spots, difficult to adjust temperature, difficult to use in small or crowded rooms, real danger of fire, etc.
Even this is a better product than heat dishes: http://reviews.costco.com/2070/11490412 ... eviews.htm
Except cermaic heaters are loud, whereas the heat dishes is silent.

As "cool" as these things are, CR says its one of the loudest space heater they tested. Something to keep in mind I guess.
